A series created for Currant Magazine’s theme “THE MODERN MOTHER”. I wanted to create a series that reflected my becoming a mother. For the second time, I find myself reflecting, recalibrating, rethinking my way of life and the way I spend my time. Time is a previous commodity, especially when you’re a mother. Becoming a mother is transformative beyond anything.

I made a lot of tests with Adobe Firefly to get it right. I fell in love with the Dior SS26 Haute Couture dress last year and I saw it as a symbolic mother dress. Ethereal, powerful, elusive. The colour palette is light, soft, feminine and reflective of my own motherhood journey.
